OUR TEAM

Our executive management team, field personnel and administrative staff all bring a wealth of construction, development and management knowledge, and are committed to the highest standards of professionalism, project value and customer service.  We strive to maintain a flat, efficient organizational structure to keep overhead costs low, and pass those savings through to our clients.  Management interacts directly with our customers on each and every project, and it is this level of personal attention that separates us from our larger competitors.

Our project managers, who are also members of the executive management team, serve as our clients’ primary point of contact.  This allows our clients to deal directly with the decision-makers at the firm at all times.  Our superintendents are typically assigned to a project on a full-time basis, where they can closely manage and supervise the work being performed.

As a firm, we strive to achieve a level of quality and workmanship that results in a “no punchlist” closeout.  To this end, every member of this organization is responsible for quality control – from superintendents who inspect workmanship on-site, to project managers who define budgets and schedules and the office staff that support the whole organization.

Jeff Stultz is a Certified General Contractor with more than 20 years of experience directing commercial projects.  He acquired the firm from John Stultz in 2022.  In addition to his duties overseeing day-to-day operations, Mr. Stultz personally manages many of the firm’s contracts, focusing on national accounts and public/government projects.  Mr. Stultz has assembled and continues to grow a highly qualified team of professionals that complement his experience and enhance the firm’s expertise.

Prior to joining STULTZ, INC., Mr. Stultz was a member of the founding team of Living Homes, a California home builder specializing in sustainable development and construction. Mr. Stultz is a LEED Accredited Professional and member of the U.S. Green Building Council – Florida Gulf Coast Chapter. He has an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Florida. Mr. Stultz is also a member of the following organizations: Airplane Owners and Pilots Association, Real Estate Investment Society, National Association of Realtors, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

The majority of Mr. Stultz’s 40-year career has been focused on construction management as a distinct discipline.  Prior to establishing STULTZ, INC., he served as President for the Construction Division of a large private developer.  Mr. Stultz attended the University of Florida and Edison State College.

Mr. Stultz a member of the Lee County Building Industry Association, the Southwest Florida Real Estate Investment Society, and the University of Florida Athletic Association. Mr. Stultz now works primarily as a Project Manager, overseeing many of the firm’s contracts with Lee County and with legacy clients.

Robert Oxley

General Superintendent

Robert Oxley has more than 40 years of experience in commercial and multi-family construction in Ohio and Florida.  Mr. Oxley has been with STULTZ, INC. since the firm was established in 2001, and now utilizes his knowledge and experience to help our other superintendents solve problems and keep projects on track. Robert held a General Contractor’s license for 15 years in Florida

 Manuel Gonzalez

GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT

Manny Gonzalez joined STULTZ, INC. in 2019, after more than 20 years as a framer.  He was a foreman in the Colorado Union and owned a drywall company from 2006-2015. Since moving to Florida, he has been employed as a subcontractor for Lee County School Board building in Ft Myers and Physician’s Regional Hospital in Naples. Manny was also lead supervisor for a local subcontractor, managing projects for Lee Health and Family Health Centers in Lehigh Acres.  Since joining STULTZ, INC. Manny has quickly expanded his knowledge to all aspects of construction, earning the respect of his colleagues and client.  The expertise gained throughout his career, combined with a strong general knowledge of construction, gives him a unique eye for detail and for managing workers on job sites.

 Michael Dolan

SENIOR FIELD SUPERINTENDENT

Senior Field Superintendent, has more than 45 years of experience in residential and commercial projects in Massachusetts and Florida, specializing in medical, office, restaurants, and hospitality projects. Mr. Dolan has been with STULTZ, INC. since 2014.

Robert Carlin

SENIOR FIELD SUPERINTENDENT

Robert Carlin joined STULTZ, INC. in 2018 after more than 35 years of commercial and residential construction in California and the U.S. Virgin Islands.  His positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to get his hands dirty make him an excellent job site leader and manager. Bob holds a General Contractor’s license in California and has maintained it for over 34 years.
